Took my 3-year old for an initial evaluation. Rachelle was quick to earn my shy sons trust and cooperation. She got him to open up and talk and play at a time he wasnt really in the mood. He even gave her a hug at the endThe evaluation and report she had for us was thorough and extensive and any doubts or concerns we had were immediately comforted in Rachelles ability to offer us a positive and hopeful future. We would recommend Advanced Therapy Care and Rachelle and staff without hesitation

We have loved our experience. We did our evaluation with the owner and she was so loving and sweet. We felt right at home and so comfortable with her. She truly cares so much about her work and it shows. We came for a second opinion and definitely will be using them after seeing how comfortable and happy my little one was here.

We have been working with Rachelle and Gale at the Mountain Home Branch. Our daughter has thrived tremendously from the treatment received She started out not being able to take a drop from a bottle now she is taking 1.5 oz in under 30 minutes I cant say enough good things about this company We will truly miss the honesty and compassion that we received here and can only hope that we find someone that cares as much as the therapists at ATC do. BRAVO

My daughter is receiving speech therapy at the meridian location and she looks forward to her time with her therapist Melissa every week This is such a relief to me that we dont have to fight or drag her to therapy she actually LOVES it Thanks Advanced Therapy Care and Staff for making therapy an enjoyable experience for her and me

Our son has been receiving therapy from Melissa for a year and a half now. He adores her and looks forward to his session every week. He has made substantial gains from her care. He is now successful in school and at home and I give that credit to Melissa Thank you for making such a difference in his life

I wish I could give more stars Advanced therapy care is amazing Everyone who works here in the mountain home office is friendly and encouraging. My daughter looks forward to her twice a week sessions. We are truly lucky to receive care from such caring and hard working ladies With the help from ATC my daughter was recently selected to receive a new iPad from CASANA. It really means the world to us that the staff went out of their way to help.

Horrible place. I called to complain that my sons therapist was in trouble for hurting another child and they were rude about it. Denied everything. Then I got discharge paperwork from there saying we only attended 1x. When we went 45x. Also on the paperwork it says all the goals he was to accomplish and that they were going to educate me with a home program-at home help- with him they never went over these goals with me nor gave me any advice. Id literally take him and they would just not say anything to me. You dont know whats going on and they dont communicate as well as sweeping their problems under the rug. Dont go here.

Do not work or go here as a patient the owner is manipulative creepy and controlling and the therapists talk bad about their patients behind their backs if I can give this place a 0 star I would... this is the most unprofessional place Ive ever been at. The owner doesnt even care about her co-workers and is rarely even at the facility. There is lack of customer service and no organization go to Boise speech and hearing instead they are much better

No professionalism. Melissa told us she thought our kid was autistic as we were leaving in the lobby in front of other patients. No sit down just dropped it on us. No wait list for a reason. Unprofessional care blame the patient zero customer service from corporate. Find somewhere else to get care for your child these people will just leave you frustrated. Owner didnt even care enough for a call back secretary in front office is office manager. Again find a better place. These people only care about the 2 dollars a minute they get paid the patient doesnt matter.

The two therapists who truly understood neurology have left. Shame on your business model which pushed them out and shame on you for preventing them from seeing children. This business doesnt care about the patient they care about the almighty profit.
